Golo is owned and operated by GOLOLEY ONLINE LTD. The existing terms below refer to the operator as “Gololey Online”.

Terms of Use / EULA and Community Guidelines

Effective September 10, 2026. These terms are an agreement between you and Gololey Online for use of Golo. You must explicitly accept them before creating an account or signing in.

Zero tolerance

Golo has zero tolerance for objectionable content or abusive users. Do not post, share, stream, or send pornography, sexual exploitation, child abuse material, graphic violence, threats, hate speech, discrimination, harassment, bullying, scams, or other illegal or harmful content. These rules apply to videos, profiles, comments, messages, and LIVE interactions.

Reporting, blocking, and enforcement

Use the three-dot options on a post to report the post or block its creator. Use profile options to report or block a user. Manage blocked users in Profile settings. Golo reviews reports and removes violating content; abusive users may be suspended or permanently removed. Do not evade blocks, bans, or moderation. Contact Support for safety concerns or to appeal a decision.

Your account and content

Use Golo lawfully and respectfully. Keep your credentials secure and only share content you have the right to share. You retain ownership of your content and give Golo permission to host, display, and distribute it to operate the service according to your settings. Do not impersonate others, manipulate rankings, or interfere with service security. Organization accounts remain community-neutral; verification badges are awarded only by Golo.

License and service

Gololey Online grants you a personal, limited, non-transferable license to use Golo on devices you own or control, subject to these terms and applicable store usage rules. You may not copy or resell the service or misuse its systems. Features may change or become unavailable. You can stop using Golo and request account deletion through Profile. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under applicable law.

Privacy, support, and updates

Read the Privacy Policy for how Golo handles account information, content, security records, and deletion requests. Support and the Privacy Policy are available from this screen and at goloapp.app/support and goloapp.app/privacy. Material updates to these terms require renewed acceptance before signing in.
